There's a market almost every weekend of the year in Tasmania. Here are just 10 of the regular ones you need to see. The first farmer's market established in Tasmania, it takes place twice a month at the Wivenhoe Showgrounds and also includes country arts and crafts from the area

First & third Saturday of each month, all year! Pure Tasmanian goodness from 10am till 2pm
 

Visit the showgrounds in Devonport on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month for seasonal fruits & veg, plus hot food and a car boot sale

Stalls are stacked with craftwork, clothing, jams, cakes, bric-a-brac, fresh produce & more & more. Every Saturday at St Helens!
 

One of the most loved markets in the country, in the historic Salamanca Place of Hobart!
 

A community market in the iconic Cygnet Town Hall held on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month. Live music and food in a lovely town!

Head to Launceston's showgrounds every Sunday between 9am and 2pm for an array of fresh, local produce, as well as collectables, toys, & more.

In the delightfully named town of 'Penguin', the north's largest undercover market. International foods, homemade goods and live music. 

Head north to Don Village, just near Devonport for a weekly market selling everything from flowers to woodwork.

The second Saturday of each month is a great time to visit Swansea, as well as the spectacular coastal surroundings!
